HIGH Court in Lira has thrown out Alebtong District Woman Member of Parliament, Christine Acen over lack of required academic credentials.
Ms Acen is the latest victim of ongoing court battles several legislators are facing from their political opponents in the February 18, general elections. She subscribes to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party which has so far registered majority loses in the court battles.
