The Al Shabaab have said they are determined to disrupt the forthcoming Somali elections scheduled to take place later this year.
Al Shabaab Spokesman Sheikh Ali Mohamud Rageh aka Ali Dheere said Al shabaab fighters will launch attacks against the polling stations in the country, to prevent Somalia from holding an election, which he said will serve foreign agendas.
He also sent a stern warning to the 135-elders who are expected to select the lawmakers of the forthcoming Somali parliament.
