Eddy Kenzo leads in The Uganda Music Awards

Edrisa Musuuza commonly known as Eddy Kenzo leads the nominations for this year’s edition of The Uganda Music Awards(TUMA).

LEADING: ‘Sitya Loss’ singer Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo

The ‘Sitya Loss’ singer seeks to add more accolades to his collection after he was nominated in seven categories including among others, Artiste of the Year, Best Male Artiste, Best Music Video and Song of the Year.

Sheebah Karungi and the Dancehall star Ziza Bafana each received four nominations behind the 2015 BET Award winner.

The awards are aimed at appreciating the performance excellence and positive contribution to the music industry in Uganda.

Voting ‘your superstar’ at the TUMAs is already underway and will end on the July 22, 2017 via online platform.

The climaxing event will be held on the August 4 at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
