Images of Mityana Municipality legislator, Francis Mutebi Zaake have emerged. The photos show the MP lying on bed and being attended to by a nurse in Arua.
Eagle Online has established that Zaake was tortured from an unknown location but this afternoon, he was dropped in Arua Hospital by security.
