KCCA FC have been drawn to play Algerian side Paradou FC in the play-off round of the 2019/20 Total CAF Confederations Cup group stage qualifiers while Proline will face Libyan side El Nasr.

The draw for the play-off round was held on 9 October 2019, at the Hilton Pyramids Golf in Cairo, Egypt. The winners of the Confederation Cup first round were drawn against the losers of the Champions League first round, with the teams from the Confederation Cup hosting the second leg.

The 16 winners of the play-off round will advance to the group stage.

The First Legs will be played on 27th October 2019 and the Second Legs on 3 November 2019.

The group stage draw will be held on November 10 with the first fixtures scheduled for Sunday December 1.

The winners of the 2019–20 CAF Confederation Cup will earn the right to play against the winners of the 2019–20 CAF Champions League in the 2020 CAF Super Cup.

Egypt’s Zamalek are the title holders.
