Brig Kaka Bagyenda,the Director General of the Internal Security Organization (ISO) has reportedly fled his office as a security probe zeroes down on him.
He is reportedly holed at his home fearing being arrested.
Brig Bagyenda’s fleeing follows a top-level security swoop deep in Thursday night that saw ISO spies arrested with their detainees.
Brig Bagyenda has recently been operating from a recluse office in the Nakasero based Mosa Courts, away from the ISO main office.
During last night’s operation, shooting at one of the safe houses in Kisaasi took over an hour as security guards manning the facility exchanged with commandos.
