On seeing the bill, several Ugandans took to social media to castigate the unappreciative health facilities and personnel that have taken an advantage of #Covid-19 situation to make money of the patient.
Some have even suggested that a campaign on ban to these private hospitals/health facilities like TMR.
“How can hospitals charge this much when they know the situation isn’t favourable? How can they have brokers in the health services? Enough is enough Ugandans, let’s say no those making money out of blood by having a campaign against these hospitals” one member of a whatsup group posted.
Another member says “let them not think #Covid-19 is the end of the world, once we get out of this situation, we shall teach them a lesson by boycotting some of them, it worked with schools and it is good we are compiling” she said.
