President Yoweri Museveni has named son in-law Odrek Rwabwogo as his advisor on Special Duties.
Rwabwogo marries his daughter Patience and is now Senior Presidential Advisor
Rwabwogo is a businessman who has played behind the scene in most undertaking especially in media relations and politics.
Mr. Museveni further named former head of public service John Mitala as Presidential Advisor Public Service while former Minister of General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister and outgoing Bushenyi District Woman MP Mary Karooro Okurut was named Senior Presidential Advisor on Public Relations.
Ms Nakiwala Kiyingi, the former Minister of State for Gender has been appointed as Senior Presidential Advisor on Gender and Youth Affairs While Adonia Ayebare has been named Special Envoy and Ambassador to the United Nations.
The name advisors join a long list of others that advise the president on a number of different subjects.
