Kampala Mayor Erias Lukwago

Rest in Peace, Rosemary Nankabirwa. My condolences to the family, friends and media fraternit

Exile colonel Samson Mande

I’m very disturbed by the news that Rosemary Nankabirwa has been pulled off life support and her family has confirmed that she has passed on. Rosemary, Rest in Peace. ….In a functioning state, her Life could have been saved. Something must be done to transition Uganda from a failed state.  Why should Ugandans have to always seek medical attention abroad when Uganda has been producing some of the world’s best doctors and medics? Uganda needs a system overhaul.
