In a new development former Attorney General and Constitutional Affairs minister Fred Ruhindi is now reportedly headed to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), judiciary sources indicate.
Last week the Eagleonline reported that Ruhindi, the immediate former MP for Nakawa, was set to head the Electoral Commission (EC). However, latest information now indicates that Ruhindi has been recommended for the Chairmanship of the nine-member JSC, to replace Justice James Ogoola Munange, whose contract expired about six months ago.
