The body of a 52-year-old Dusabimana Theoneste from Gicumbi Rwanda was Monday morning found in a pull of blood in Rushaki village, Katuna town council Kabale district.
Rushaki village is just meters away from the Katuna borderline.
It is alleged that on Sunday night, the deceased was heard making an alarm from the side of Rwanda and Monday morning his lifeless body was found on the Ugandan side in Rushaki village with deep cut wounds around the head.
Kigezi Regional police Spokesman, Elly Matte says the police from Kabale have taken the body to Kabale Regional Hospital mortuary as investigations continue.
