Aloysius Bugingo a senior ‘pastor’ at House of prayer ministries at Makerere Kavule has been shot while driving home.
Bugingo was shot in the areas of Nansana. His driver is reported dead as he is admitted at Intensive Care Unit at Mulago Hospital.
