A former National Resistance Movement contestant for Western Region youth slot, Nicholas Nasasira aka Che Ndagala is in critical conditions after thugs attacked him at in his home in Kira Municipality.
Ndagala as he is popularly known among his peers as an amiable person who is resourceful as he recites speeches of powerful revolutionary leaders like his most admired Che Gevara, Argentine Marxist revolutionary. He also comes from a home of another NRM/A revolutionary the late Chefe Ali.
Ndagala contested in the NRM primaries and after being defeated by Mwine Mpaka, the current youth MP Western region, he rejected the outcome of the party primaries and opted to support Amanya Tumukunde who had come as independent.
According to his friends, Ndagala was attacked in the morning hours as he approached his home in Kijjaliwajala where he was beaten by the goons. He was only rescued by neighbours who responded to his pleas as the goons took off and left him in pain.
