The Vice-Chancellor further revealed that he understands that there are students who missed on the graduation list yet they fulfilled all the requirements  but will be given their transcripts though they will not appear on the list.

“I know that there are also those students who missed on the list because of some reasons like late submission of their results by the faculties or failing to fulfill other requirements. But in the last Senate meeting that was held on 10th, we agreed that we shall process their transcripts and they will get them with time.

Reuben Twinomujuni, the senior Public Relations Officer said that those few students, who will appear physically, will represent the rest of the students. He called upon all the students to remain home and attend the function on Televisions.

“Our beloved students remain in your homes and watch everything from there. It is only the invited members that will have access to the University premises”. Twinomujuni Said

This will be the first Kyambogo virtual graduation and will have a maximum of one hundred and ten-110 invited participants who will appear physically at Kyambogo University Eastern sports grounds and those that shall attend virtually. The invited guests include President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni  who will be the Chief Guest and will address the guests from the State House.
