Brig. Felix Kulaigye reappointed as army Spokesperson

Former Army/Defence spokesperson Brig. Gen. Felix Kulaigye has bounced as its mouthpiece.

Brig. Kulaigye returns to the position he served in from 2005 to 2013.

He replaces Lt. Col. Ronald Kakurungu who has been the Acting Spokesperson.
