The Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura has reshuffled his men and women appointing James Ruhweza as commandant of Entebbe International Airport while Sam Omala has been taken to directorate Welfare and Production for Special assignment.
In the same reshuffle, Gen. Kayihura has dropped his allegedly blue-eyed boy Amos Ngabirano as director ICT replacing him with Assistant Commissioner of Police, Dan Munanura.
Ngabirano is said to be under investigation on orders of President Yoweri Museveni.
