A police officer has been shot at parliament.it is not clear how the officer was shot.
Today, there were demonstrations across Kampala with police and supporters of Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine involved in running battles.
The Director of Communication and Public Affairs at parliament, Chris Obore has told Eagle Online that there was an incident which culminated into shooting. However, Obore didn’t elaborate more on how the officer got shot.
“There was incident in which one police officer sustained an injury. he is receiving treatment and the conditionis not worrying” Mr.Obore said.
