African football governing body, CAF has appointed four Ugandan match officials for the 2019 Afcon Group C qualifier between Mali and South Sudan in Bamako.
Experienced Alex Muhabi will be the centre referee and be assisted by Dick Okello and Isa Masembe as his first and second assistants respectively.
Willam Oloya will be the game’s fourth official.
Mali won the first leg 3-0 in South Sudan at the Juba stadium.
Mali already secured qualification for the 2019 Afcon tournament in Egypt while South Sudan are eliminated with no points and got have nothing to play for.
Elsewhere, football security expert Dickson Okello will be in charge of AFCON 2019 qualifier between Algeria and Gambia in Bida on Friday 22nd March as the head of security.
Mark Sonko was also appointed as the assistant referee in the CAF Champions League tie between Ghana’s Asante Kotoko and Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia on 10th March at Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
