Samantha Mwesigye, the Senior State Attorney in the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, in the latest letter, says government agencies that she sought help from after being sexually harassed by her supervisor over a decade, have neglected her to the extent that she has been excluded from committee meetings as well as being blocked from flying out of the country on some occasions.
Days ago Eagle Online ran a story as the lady came out publicly to tell Ugandans about her ordeal with her tormentor at the ministry.
