After Victoria University signed a memorandum of understanding with Speke group of hotels for value addition to lifestyle and tourism section in Uganda and East African, the university has started on a good side and this Saturday was the launch of the vintage tourism expo by university.
The university show cased vintage vehicles at the Speke Commonwealth Resort, Munyonyo.
The expo did not only attract students but as well as Kampala party goers.
The recently signed partnership will see Speke Group of Hotels availing practical space upon which Victoria University students will easily and seamlessly gain industrial insights that could eventually result into soft skills and employment opportunity.
