The National Unity Platform (NUP) has decried the defacing and pulling down of Bobi Wine’s posters while they unveiled the official poster for their presidential flag bearer.
The poster was unveiled by the party Secretary General Lewis Lubongoya, Party spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi among other members.
Ssenyonyi decried the defacing and pull down of their candidate’s posters by their rival party individuals, National Resistance Movement (NRM) under tight security by Police and other related agencies.
“We have seen our competitors defacing Bobi Wine’s posters with protection from Security agencies. But we shall defeat them in the 2021 elections. Our party is well grounded,” he said.
He revealed that the Bobi Wine will be nominated on 3rd November 2020 after they collected all required signatures for nomination.
