The 2020/21 StarTimes Uganda Premier League gets underway today after eight months of no action with several games lined up on match day one.
The opening game will see Mike Mutebi’s KCCA FC visit Soltilo Bright Stars at the Kavumba Recreation grounds.
Last season, the hosts were unbeaten against the thirteen time champions drawing 1-1 at Lugogo before winning 2-1 at home.

They will also be without Musa Ramathan, Steven Sserwadda and Joseph Bukenya who have been with the Uganda U-20 team, The Hippos at the AFCON U-20 qualifiers in Tanzania.
Baker Mbowa at Bright Stars will be in charge of his first official game at Bright Stars after replacing Paul Kiwanuka who joined Fred Kajoba at Vipers.
