CommonWealth Resort Speke Munyonyo has warned fraudsters against involving their name and any of it’s sister brands in any pornographic events.
“We are not party and we will never be party to such useless events. We are an international brand and therefore, we value it and our clients. please disregard useless and baseless advert about an alleged event at our resort.” One of the Managers said.
The Manager was responding to an online advert that was placed on many social media platforms indicating that the Commonwealth Resort was to hold a naked bicycle ride at the beach on April 5.
In December last year, similar allegations were made against the resort claiming that Nigerian artiste Omah Lay had hosted a concert.
Munyonyo Commonwealth and Speke Resort were named 2019 winners of World Luxury hotel award.
Both properties belong to city money mogul Sudhir Ruparelia and were also recognized in 2018 by Booking.com with a prestigious global award.
