A powerful Permanent secretary in one of the ministries is in love with a media and communications boss of one the government agencies.
Sources close to the two reveal that they have even produced a child together. The PS who hails from central Uganda is said to be love with this lady who is also close to a powerful family in the country. The lady who in love hails from Western Uganda. She is reportedly to have left her earlier marriage with someone from a prominent family in Ankole.
The lovebirds have recently been travelling abroad together to enjoy themselves without the knowledge of the PS’ wife.
