ITHUBA Uganda is thrilled to announce that three lucky winners have already claimed their DAILY LOTTO winnings. Winner 3 is a 40-year-old male who has experienced luck before, having won $12,000 in the Australian lottery many years ago. This week, he claimed over Shs8 million in the Uganda National Lottery, proving that lightning can indeed strike twice.
