Uganda Premier league club, Bright Stars’ new shirt sponsorship deal with milk firm Lato and Kampala road based mobile phone dealers Midcom is worth an “incredible” Shs130million between now and 2018, according to insiders – more than double what their previous package brought in.
The Kawempe side start the new season with an away trip to Vipers at Nakivubo Stadium this Friday.
Club president Ronald Mutebi praised Lato Milk and Fero Mobile for the new partnership.
“I am the happiest for this partnership with Lato Milk. It gives our club the firm stability ahead of the new season” he noted.
Lato Milk takes over the front shirt main logo and have branded the home (yellow) and away (blue) kits.
Bright Stars was previously sponsored by Kings Sports Betting Limited.
The next home game will be played at Mwererwe against Onduparaka.
