Other members were Mr. Pius Bigirimana (PS/SJ), HW Samuel Emokor (Registrar High Court), Andrew Khaukha (Technical Advisor to the Judiciary), and the Committee Secretary, HW Dorothy Ssempala Lwanga (Assistant Registrar, Inspectorate).
The Chief Registrar, Sarah Langa Siu and Uganda Law Society President, Ms. Phiona Nabaasa, were in attendance.
Dr. Zeija used the occasion to declare the Execution and Bailiffs Division officially closed. He said the resources of the Division will be used to operationalize the Luwero High Court Circuit, which he said should be operational by July this year.
